First call

What to have ready.

Whatever you have. We will tell you what else we need on the first call. Nothing here is mandatory, but bringing it makes the conversation more useful.

Property: contract of sale, vendor disclosure, any related correspondence with the agent or other side’s solicitor.
Personal injury: claim numbers, medical records, accident details, insurer correspondence, dates and times.
Criminal & traffic: charge sheet (QP9), bail documents, court date, any prior history.
Family: separation date, asset and liability list, any consent orders or applications already filed.
Commercial: the contract or document, dates, party names, amounts in dispute, any deadlines.
Wills & estates: existing Will (if any), names of beneficiaries and executors, an overview of the estate.
