Reception and Administration

The first voice clients hear at Fraser Lawyers.

Sarah joined Fraser Lawyers in June 2021. She has spent five years working in legal industry support, starting her career as a junior at Stacks the Law Firm and later moving into reception and administration roles. She also brings several years of front-of-house experience from outside the law, including a long stint as the Podiatry Receptionist at My FootDr.

At Fraser Lawyers, Sarah is the first voice many clients hear and the first face they meet when they walk into the firm's Bundall office. Her day-to-day work includes greeting clients, answering and directing calls, managing the firm's email and booking diaries, opening new files, sending initial letters, and processing payments when required. She works closely with the firm's conveyancing and wills and estates teams, helping to keep residential conveyancing matters and estate files moving without unnecessary delay.

Sarah's approach is calm, warm, and plain-English. Most clients who call a law firm are doing so because something stressful has happened, or because they are about to make a significant decision. Sarah sets clear expectations early, takes time to listen to what each client is worried about, and translates the firm's next step into language that anyone can follow. She is authentic, accountable, and works hard to make the experience of dealing with the firm feel less daunting than people expect.

Sarah is not admitted as a solicitor and does not provide legal advice. She works alongside Fraser Lawyers' Principal and the firm's conveyancing and wills and estates teams, who handle the legal work itself. Sarah's job is to make sure the practical side of each matter, the diary entries, the correspondence, the introductions, the small details, runs smoothly from the first phone call onwards.

Sarah grew up in Wollongong on the New South Wales south coast and moved to the Gold Coast in 2020. She is based at the firm's office at Bundall. Outside of work she enjoys walking and hiking the local trails, training at the gym, the occasional casual round of golf, and spending time with her family and friends.
