Fiona is not admitted as a solicitor and does not provide legal advice. She supports the firm's property and conveyancing files under the supervision of the Principal, Blake Fraser, who is responsible for the legal work and advice.
Fiona graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University. Her career in the legal industry began in the early 2000s, with extensive experience in legal support across multiple firms.
At Fraser Lawyers, Fiona assists clients in property and conveyancing matters. She works on file workflow, document preparation, settlement coordination, and day-to-day liaison with clients, agents, and lenders.
Fiona is the first point of contact for many of the firm's property and conveyancing clients. She translates the operational side of a transaction into clear, calm communication: when documents are due, what is required next, who needs to attend what.
