Fiona joined Fraser Lawyers as Practice Manager and brings two decades of experience in legal practice operations. Her career in the legal industry began in the early 2000s, with extensive experience supporting family law and property files across multiple firms.
As Practice Manager, Fiona is responsible for the smooth running of Fraser Lawyers' day-to-day operations: file workflow, client communications, scheduling, document management, and office administration. She works with the Principal to ensure that matters proceed efficiently and to the standards Fraser Lawyers commits to its clients.
Fiona is the first point of contact for many of the firm's clients. She is known for her ability to translate the operational side of a legal matter — when documents are due, what is required next, who needs to attend what — into clear, calm communication.
